Since my last message in June, I’m happy to say that my nominations for department heads have now been approved at the September session of the CERN Council

The CERN Directors for 2026–2030 have now been appointed by the CERN Council at its June 2025 session. As well as announcing this team, I also want to outline the next steps to establish the wider CERN leadership team

The new CERN management structure, endorsed by the Council last week, is motivated by the Organization’s key priorities for the coming years
