The χc1(3872) and its radiative decays at LHCb

Where:

503/1-001 at CERN

The spectroscopy of exotic hadrons is a promising way to reveal how non-perturbative QCD works. As the first established exotic hadron, the χc1(3872) is also the most studied today. In this seminar we will discuss what can already be concluded from more than 20 years of its experimental study, and what more can and can't be learned from its radiative decays. We'll present the new LHCb measurement of the χc1(3872) decay to ψ(2S)γ, closing the story of controversial experimental measurements.
